No Internet = Broken Promises

28 Apr

So remember how I said I would be live blogging my sessions?

Yeah… This very lovely and conference-equipped hotel has the worst Internet situation in the session rooms. Ever. Thus, leading me to not follow through with my promise to give you a play-by-play of how awesome everything is here.

Description and pictures of sunny San Diego to follow 🙂

Blogging from 30,000 Feet…NBD

26 Apr

Hello Earthlings! I’m coming to you live from the Stratosphere where I’m currently on my way to Salt Lake City and then on to San Diego – the land of Ron Burgundy and incredibly mild weather.

Here’s what I’m currently looking at out my window:

There’s a really cool older gentleman sitting next to me who is traveling with 7 of his friends to go mountain biking in the desert. So awesome!

I’ll be in San Diego around 12pm PDT, but until then, I’ll be reading the second book in the Hunger Games trilogy.

This is what I hope my flight is like tomorrow morning…

I'm Liz Lemon in this scenario 🙂

…but I doubt Oprah flies coach. A girl can dream, right?

Live Tweeting / Live Blogging SIOP!

23 Apr

Greetings to all my peeps!

Live Long and Peepsper

Sorry for my lack of posting lately, but my life has gotten suuuper “cray”, as the young people say.

Howeva, I am stoked to say that I will be going to sunny San Diego this week for SIOP!!

(Insert copious amounts of Anchorman jokes here)

I haven’t decided whether I’ll be live blogging or live tweeting, but I’ll definitely be live something-ing with my iPad in hand.

I’ll “see” you in San Diego!

It'll never get old...

… because it’s that effing awesome.

“But Bianca – it’s just for the stupid hipsters who lurv to pretend they live in the 70s.” Calm down, haters.

While the app does offer the ability to filter your photo and “artsy” it up, I find it to be a great way to share photos with my loved ones and friends (and show them how awesome I am at taking pictures!).

Here are some of the photos I took over Easter Break:

If you’ve embraced the Instagram way of life, you should follow me: beezypedia

Or, if you follow me on Twitter, I always post my Instagram photos there too 🙂

What do you think of Instagram? Lame-o? Or “changing the game”-o?
